He looks to be a 7-8 win ceiling coach vs an 11-12 win ceiling head coach, but so did Dabo Swinney after a couple years.

He gets a D from me. Things saving him from F are player attitude, the injuries, and surprise departures on the line.

A = 8+ wins and/or UGA win
B= bowl game
C = competitive in all games
D = 2-5 wins
F= 0 or 1 win

I’m going to go with hope or pride. No one wants to admit that the guy we were high on is a bust. Collins isn’t ready for coaching big boy football and, at best, he’s learning on the job.

"A" for recruiting? He hasn't signed anyone yet this year so you must be basing that on what he brought in last year. The prize of that class was a RB that is currently 3rd string. How does he get an A for that?
