What are the limits on activity by alumni in trying to get a kid interested in coming to Tech? What can we do, how early can we do it, ...? If we have a kid in a Scout troop, church youth group, employee's kid, etc, how far can we go in spirit as well as letter of the rules w/o making a misstep in the process?
