680 reporting that UGA's SID just released a statement that said Joe Cox has had the flu for the last 2 days, and will not be traveling with team today to Stillwater, but instead will be making trip alone at a "later time" today. No word as to whether he'll play are not. Also, that a few other team mates have had flu as well. No word as to if they're starters or not.
It seemed like OSU was getting all of the bad breaks the last couple of days, but lady luck may have bitten the Dawgs in the proverbial a@# this time. I guess Logan Gray will start if Cox can't?
It seems like we've been luck so far, as a team, to have not gotten bitten by the flu bug, but it makes one worry, that it could come at a very inopportune time. Oh well, what are you gonna do? It is what it is, and if it sidelines one of our players then PJ and the Jackets will make the best of it.
