CPJ radio show tonight (Tuesday, September 8) at 7pm. Next week's show will be Tuesday at 7pm also, and then Wednesdays the rest of the season. Can't wait to hear what he has to say tonight!

Wes just announced that we won't be wearing white helmets on Thursday, sticking to gold. Hope no one will have their panties in a bunch :p

CPJ said he expected us to score on every drive in the second half and give up 3 or less first downs on defense. High expectations :) Hopefully we step it up for Thursday.

"People said that OK State had never played any team with a legacy like that of Georgia. What about Nebraska? Oklahoma? Texas? I think those have some type of legacy."

On having football-basics camps for female fans: We've thought about it, maybe doing something in the spring. We were gonna have them come in and model some equipment for us, we may do one in the spring. :p

I love his sense of humor.

Man, what an entertaining show. Highly recommend going to RamblinWreck.com tomorrow and listening to it if you missed it. If you plan to listen to it later, don't read this post if you don't want certain things spoiled.

He didn't merely mention "SEC speed" and how its portrayed "by guys in your business" (talking to Wes), he gave a speech about it that got big laughs.

PJ pointed out that Clemson scored three touchdowns on defense and special teams and also pointed out that most of Clemson's rushing yards came in the 4th quarter. When asked what they were doing different offensively this year, he said something along the lines of "not too much" and he also said "they are trying to have more of a power running game." Is there something to be read between the lines here? don't get me wrong, PJ said all the usual classy stuff about the opponent and its coaching staff being talented and capable, but then he sometimes seems to point out weaknesses in a blunt way.

He also predicted that after next week's game against FSU, Jacksonville State would fall to the bottom of the ACC race.

There were many other entertaining moments.

At one point he got the last name of a player wrong and Wes corrected him. PJ then said something like, "Man, I sound like............... whoever." Anyone else get the feeling he was about to say Bobby Bowden but caught himself?
