I only say that b/c I did this exact thing to my toe over the weekend. Thought for sure it was broken but by today it's already almost 100%.

He broke his thumb on the interception during Jax St. He is fine and will wear small cast

Georgia Tech coach Paul Johnson said his standout safety, Morgan Burnett, injured his thumb in the first half last Saturday against Jacksonville State, but "he'll be fine to play." Johnson said Burnett's thumb is casted.
