Ryan Day needs 13 Mil

It is funny watching Nick Saban start to whine about it. Saban knows Alabama won't be able to keep up with OSU, USC, Texas, Texas A&M, and maybe a few others when the money starts hitting the table. UGA won't be able to stay in the bidding war long either.

This öööö is infinitely more shameful than falsely posing as a military veteran to coax cash out of passersby. Anyone who gives this idiot money deserves to be robbed blind.

Yep. I think Saban and Kirby’s real problem is now they don’t have a monopoly of being chosen programs the NCAA lends a blind eye to their cheating and paying players, while enforcing rules on other programs that compete with them.

All these extreme changes have me feeling the weirdest I’ve ever felt leading up to a season. Combine the extreme changes with the state of our favorite team/program and you got me all twisted up in the game

I just wanna win and be excited to watch my team again. If I can’t have that then there is nothing left in it for me.

For all the bemoaning the end of the sport, which may not ultimately be wrong, if we start winning people will spend less time critiquing the storm clouds in the falling sky. College athletics was already pretty gross by 2014 and it did not stop me enjoying that ride.

Oh without a doubt it probably wouldn’t seem as heavy if we had been winning. But we haven’t been lol.
And 2014 seems far less radical than the sport we know today. But I agree. We win and all of this might not seem such a big deal. I hope we can see some nice wins this year. We damn deserve it

What if Stanford billionaires decide to get involved?

College football was already ruined. What Ryan Day is saying is the amount that used to go under the table, plus the cost of water slides and athletic building movie theatres.

If he doesn't act like the flow of $$$ is new to CFB, then it stains his achievments before NIL happened.

It's beyond ridiculous. These kids have been told their entire lives that they are entitled and deserve all this glory. BS! You're entitled to whatever you put into it. Over it.

Well once the charade of academics requirements and actually attending class are officially lifted, A team like GT, who has always sold itself on actually educating players, wont have its recruiting pool restricted. We can buy anyone we want.

Even if the Tech's of the world manage to compete by finding the less-recruited kids, once those same kids become all-ACC, they will transfer to the highest bidder.

These two new rule changes coming at the same time may end up being the perfect storm for the sport's ruin.
