Sat Games 11/30

So basically worst case scenario for our bowl selection and the ACC as a whole today? Checks out.
 
ACC now only gets one team in the CFP which moves everybody down one in the bowl pecking order. My perfect Thanksgiving football weekend has imploded. With a Tech win, Syracuse loss, and Duke loss, I believe we would have finished tied for 4th with Louisville and of course they would have the head to head over us. Now there are four of us at 5-3 with Louisville and Syracuse having the head to head. Next year we just need to win the conference and let the rest of them fight it out.

If only the records, head to heads, and such actually mattered in bowl selection. Bowls gonna take whoever the hell they want.
 
I hope a 9-3 Tex A&M beats Tex and UGA and wins SEC, and a 9-3 Clemson beats SMU and wins ACC. So you would have two 3 loss conference champions in the CFP. Then you would have a two loss Miami and SMU in the ACC and a two loss Tex and Tenn in the SEC. Do these four get in before a three loss UGA? Of course UGA would cry their 3rd loss came in a conference championship and of course SMU could say the same about their second loss. It would be interesting to see….
 
I read where 11-1 Penn St goes to the conference championship game over 11-1 Indiana. They both lost to Ohio State so I guess the tiebreaker is how bad did they lose to OSU.

Usually after head to head it’s common opponents, then opponents winning pct
