I agree with the theme of this post; but not all the teams you have listed here. Va Tech especially is not the problem in the ACC; Duke, Virginia and Maryland are. The fact is that Duke has not played like a BCS conference team in a long, long time. NC State started slow last season, and played as well as USCeast this week, which was crappy. The real question is not whether the SEC is better than the ACC, it obviously is. The real question is whether the ACC should be a BCS conference, for the last 5-6 years they certainly have not played like a top conference. When is the last time the ACC had a top 10 team that actually belonged there? At the top of the conference I think GT, VT, FSU, and maybe CU (we'll see) should be ranked in the top 25. On the bottom there are about 3-4 teams that Vandy would simply dominate. That makes the ACC sound more like the Mountain West or Conference USA than a BCS conference. Honestly, the ACC is as pitiful as the PAC-10 was a decade ago. Hopefully GT or someone will step up like USC did for the PAC-10 and make the conference legit.
