SEC sucks

It is a butthurt article but I believe right now the argument should be Clemson or Michigan as #1 and Alabama #3 then tough battle for #4 with A&M and Washington. Louisville's schedule hurts them but is in the picture. Ohio St. with loss to non top 10 and overtime game is not right now. Clemson and Michigan each have 3 top 25 wins and Alabama has 1. It could change but as it stands now, the Tide results are not as good as the other 2.

Clemson is playing like crap. The first playoff rankings are meaningless anyway.

Proof we need an 8 team playoff because the committee has no ööööing idea what it is doing.

Aggies have 27 secs to salvage their season against the Good Dogs.

At least MSUs engineering school

Now the Gators are trailing the Pig Shetters 14-0.
Have you seen the quality of Arkansas's losses? I think each one of their losses is worth at least 1.5 ACC wins which puts their record at 9.5-0 and 10.5-0 if they win against UF.

SEC certainly taking a hit today. #4 A&M should drop out of the Top 10 with that putrid loss. UF will drop out of the Top 16/17 and make the SECCG that much less hyped. Auburn will move up with a close win over Vandy at home which is just about the only good thing that will happen for the conference. Pretty much ends discussion of them getting 2 teams in. If Bama loses to LSU we can start talking scenarios that have the SEC left out.

Louisville had a good day. Baylor losing makes WVU the only team left in the Big 12 than can finish with fewer than 2 losses. Might have a 3 loss conference champ there. It'd be very tough for two SEC teams to get in over them with A&M losing. So if Washington stumbles they'll have a shot.

Harrumph, today's drives by FL today:

Pick Six

This team beat Georgia.

SEC certainly taking a hit today.

Taking a hit? These are quality SEC losses. If anything we should expect A&M and UF to move up in the polls. The committee is infallible. The committee is an absolute.

It's nuthing to nutin at the half and a great game.

If this game ends in a tie...

It would obviously mean that LSU (who fired their coach in the middle of the season) is as good as the #1 team, therefore Alabama should be ranked 1a and LSU 1b.

I'm already hearing a two loss Auburn would be in the playoff
If they beat Bama that would be good on their resume, but the SEC gets so much hype from the media. I was listing to Bowden before the Tech game justifying Texas AM being ranked 4th in the first CFP. He cited SOS and then listed all the games Texas AM had won this year...every team he rattled off were other SEC teams. Here's the thing SOS should be based on out of conference games and where the games are played. Of course Texas AM lays an egg against Miss St and it becomes moot, but again the perception in the media is what gets the SEC over ranked in all the meaningless polls.

Look out...Auburn is going to take A&M's place in the top four this week.

Somehow, the shitfest that was Bama/LSU is getting hailed as a great victory, instead of a dick-slapping contest.
