Yep. 2 * recruit. He's 2-2 on FG's with a 25 and 31. Worrisome that he hasn't gotten the job yet with CPJ having no confidence in Davis beyond 35 yards, either. We'll see what he can do. I suspect it's 4 down territory unless we get to the 15 for the foreseeable future.

This is fine with me. I like going for it on 4th down in enemy territory...

Yeah. We're usually gonna go for it on 4th and short, which is fine, but it's silly to say that having to go for it on 4th and 6 at the 25 or whatever doesn't handicap us in close games. Of course it does.

I will say this again: one singular play does not decide a football game. Could we have kicked it on 4th and 6? Sure. Should we have? Maybe. But that wasn't the difference between a win and a loss. The game is 60 minutes.
