Agreed. I love this uni. Those helmets looked amazing under the lights at BDS.
 
I think the Big Boys are afraid to break out the throwbacks.

Everyone would love em so much (and demand we wear them) that it would screw the RS deal.

I was really just curious what others thought we might wear. Don't know how to start a poll.

I love the blue jerseys too. Only the throwbacks from the '06 UVA game rank higher to me.

Great, I'm so glad that this discussion resulted in such a clever remark.

And if you think the jerseys are ugly, then fine - that's understandable. But the original reason you gave and the reason lots of other people hold on to of "We always lose in those uniforms!" or "Those uniforms are associated with the 06 ACCCG or the 08 Peach Bowl" are a load of absolute horse ****.

Anyway, I love our white shirts and I hate that we won't be able to wear them. But I'll be excited whether we wear gold or blue because we always look sharp as hell regardless of which one we wear.
 
This thread reminded me of last year's Paul Johnson show where he joked about not wanting to look like a giant french fry. That safely rules out any chance of an all gold look.

I don't care what we wear - just WIN. I'll be in the stands wearing white.
 
Anyone else notice that NC State's helmets look exactly like South Carolina State's helmets? Maybe that's why they want to wear white, so they don't look exactly like SC State.

What ever happened to wearing half jerseys and the net style jerseys? Seems like it'd be cooler. Dark Blue would be hotter than hell at noon.
 
As was stated earlier, I thought that NCST changed their mind about the white jerseys when they heard we were doing the whiteout.

It is my understanding that we are going to wear white.

Interesting fact: Penn State, who does a much, much better job with the whole "white out" thing, actually wears their home blues for the game.

Agree for sure... Here's kind of what we would look like with the blue/white. FWIW you can select the blue/white combo in ncaa 11 and it looks fantastic!

Me too.

Although I thought the UGA white-and-black-vertical-stripes-out was a good idea. Or orange-jumpers out.
