Show of hands

Don’t fire him. Just make it very clear that if changes aren’t made he will not serve to the end of his contract. The staff is still young enough to change their ways and hopefully instill some effective coaching techniques.

Collins has the leverage here. T-dope gave him a 7 year deal. Collins is owed $13.8 million if fired now.

He can continue making new lows for the program and it won’t matter to his job.

Never make decisions like that after a bad loss. At the end of the year, if he wins two or less, firing may be in order. Three or four and he’s on the bubble, but probably gets the chance for season four. I will say he lost to the easiest team on the schedule tonight. The Owls and Blue Devils are the next easiest. It does not look good.

So if Collins is prudent, he is set for life financially even if he never coaches again after he runs out his current contract. If we lose to KSU, the season will begin to spiral out of control. This has to hurt recruiting and the free transfer rule could make things worse.

This game was a complete cluster öööö.....the called back TD, questionable 2pt conversion, etc. Again, it should have never come to this. Even had both of those calls went in our favor, we've got issues......figure it out.

If Collins can coach he needs to start now but it may be too late. He just seems more interested in everything else except actual coaching.

A good team doesn't let a bad team go on a game winning 75 yard drive when all it takes is a stop to win

No, no! You have it all wrong! A good team doesn't lose two in a row! We will right the ship next week! :chad:

The problem we have is our lack of money forces us to look for cheap options rather than hiring the best coach available.
