Slow Team

We are a slow moving team at the beginning and this issue is partly PJ and partly senior leadership. We clearly jack things up when we need it late. Last night it worked, at Kansas it didn't.

I think we should get the ball to Cox, Lyons and AA outside and let them show some spunk. The younger guys (OL) get energized after they see it.
