Demjackets speaks of? Hmmm..... We should come up with a catchy name for them like the "young guns" or something...

When I was a lad, a common phrase for situations like this was "shape up or ship out." Seems that a lot of guys are choosing the latter. We'll be better off for it.

Bostic?

Is that speculation? I was under the impression that he didn't play as much as he could have based on not knowing his assignments and not stepping up to be put in the game. I could be way off with that impression though.

I hope Bostic steps up and plays as well or better than Orwin. I never thought his returns were a threat though.

Perhaps sweeting or cross on defense, and maybe bostic and Orwin on offense? but who really knows

Anything would be better than this past year. We had no vocal leaders whatsoever! We need another Tashard Choice in the locker room.

I think Synjyn will become a lot of people's new favorite player. The fire in that kid is undeniable. He is someone everyone listens to, every quality you want in a leader.

He's just one of those kids you just believe in to get the job done, a lot like TC.

You mean Synjyn, the next starting QB at GA Tech?

Man tashard was in a whole other class of leaders. The guy was simply awesome

Great to hear this about Days.

What does he think about all the Vad Lee hype, and what happens to his attitude/leadership if Lee passes him on the depth chart??

never been led by a vocal leader, i was more enamored with those who led by example... talkin is easy, doin isnt

all that war chant mumbo jumbo is the 1st thing you forget once you get hit in the mouth

I agree with Tashard. I didn't realize how special he was till he left. He didn't have the skill set some of the top backs had but his fire, heart, intensity and determination set him apart from others.

winner.

And we sure need to start seeing a lot more "doing" than "talking."

I hope McCoy gets well soon. God knows we need him.

So is it confirmed that Denzel will play in 2011?

The team in general does a pretty good job of keeping things under wraps. Better than the US State Department, that's for sure.
