No, but TV contracts do. It’s hard to afford the proper protection against the virus if you aren’t pulling in that ESPN money. 1/4 full socially-distanced stadiums aren’t gonna cut it for revenue alone.

My guess is that was a measure to keep the conference's name off the "Defendant" side of any law suits that could arise from game play.
