Spring Game Impressions

Same guy routinely described what he saw on the field and the instant replay showed it was demonstrably not what the announcer saw.
I was expecting Rece Davis and Brad Nessler.

Am disappoint.

Just watched the first series. There were 2 instances where Pyron could have gotten blown up by a defender behind the LOS. Instead they held up and let the play continue. IMO, those plays should have been whistled dead at that point.

Defense definitely laid up to let the offense get going.

Supposedly they played pretty vanilla stuff on D as well.

1 reception. Can’t see how many snaps he played but guessing not many.
He was 3rd string at UGA. Of course, the two ahead of him will be drafted, Bowers probably 1st round. So that 3rd string guy might actually be pretty darn good.

Quarterbacks looked good distributing the ball. It’s awesome to have 4 deep who can all win an ACC game.

Not sure any of the running backs really stood out from one another.

Tight Ends looked improved but still could play much better.

Rutherford, Boyd, and DJ Moore look like solid receivers.

The transfer linebacker from Minnesota is legit.

That’s all I got.

No one mentioned Aidan birr’s kicking. I know he only kicked xps and one short fg, but his effortless kick motion and the way the ball pops off his foot makes me think this kid is gonna be really good and could be the main kicker this year.
I thought differently actually. I know Stewart missed a close one but he was automatic last year

Damn, @Akinji07 , pull your britches up!
