Good points. I have some questions before I can totally believe you. How many unkempt yards are in your neighborhood? Do you keep yard sale junk behind your house? Do you know how to make chicken alfredo?

First question -zero- we pay my lender's husband's landscaping side business to take care our our yard. (He's a fireman and a UGAg grad[emoji38])
2nd- No, don't waste time with yard sales. I donate to charities.
3rd-of course, do you?

1st - Lawn maintenance is relaxing and good exercise. Why pay someone else to do that?
2nd - No junk cars sitting around gathering dust?
