State of Georgia, two of the worst DC's in the country??

Sounds like just the time for bbuzzoff to get things back together to harass another coach out of town.
I have no love for bbuzzoff but if runnin wommack off is as effective as runnin gailey off was then good luck to them

We basically only ran 2 plays the entire game: the midline, and the triple option. I don't have any stats, but I'd be willing to wager that we ran more triple option in this game than in any other game we've ever played.

It seemed like alot of our plays (especially at the beginning) were intentional pitch plays. I really have no idea, but it just seemed that the pitch came very quick with Nesbitt making only a step towards the pitch man.

As much as I'd like to believe this is true I can't say I saw this happen. Twice FSU missed wide open passes that ended drives. I remember thinking how lucky we got when I watched each of those plays. If they caught those passes I'm affraid they would have scored.

What I kept asking myself is how the heck their WR's could be so wide open when we're only bringing 4 guys and they are double teaming Morgan. I realize Ponder had some time to throw, but he was finding guys who were all alone.
Did you actually watch the second half? We blitzed all kinds of people and actually did get some pressure on Ponder. We did benefit from some drops (2) but the D did play better than in the first and their alignments were much different.

Both stink at in game adjustments and both's schemes are getting blown out of the water.

First half, give up 35
Second half, give up 9
id say you were wrong. if only we had a bit more talent.
see, no DL + no CBs = problems for any DC, even Monte Kiffin

Plus, we had the ball for 22 minutes in the 2nd half. I'd say our offense did a better job of stopping Christian Ponder than our defense did.

Again. I'm not sure why people thinks this matters. They had the ball the SAME amount of times as they did in the first half. The fact we had the ball longer meant that they didn't hold onto the ball when they had it...hence a good defense.
