Even at UNC people who did jack **** in the classroom were accidentally given minor degrees in AFAM.

Does the academic progress rule also apply to walk ons?
If he never got a scholly - and given this peek at his academic record he also may never had the HOPE scholarship - does this even register with the perpetually hibernating NCAA?
