Stage 3: Stingtalk User Photo Gallery
I have integrated Coppermine Photo Gallery with our vBulletin software. This allows registered users of Stingtalk to share their photos in the Gallery as long as they are logged in. In other words, you do not need to register in the photo gallery. You are already registered.
You all know that we don't really dwell on rules here but in regard to the photo gallery, we will have rules and they will be ruthlessly enforced.
The photo gallery is an experiment of sorts. If it becomes too demanding on admins or drastically increases the server loads to the point were it is detrimental to the message board, we will close it.
If we follow the rules, I don't think it will be a problem. So here we go:
1. *ALL* photos must be Georgia Tech or Georgia Tech Sports related. No hotties, no gags, no jokes, no vacation photos.
2. Only photos that *YOU* have taken will be allowed. If it doesn't come out of your camera, it doesn't belong here.
3. Photos must be resized before uploading. In other words, you will not be able to upload a DSCxxxx.jpg right out of your camera. You will need to shrink it down.
This can be a lot of fun and add a little more to our Stingtalk community, so have fun with it. ;)
EDIT: These rules apply to the new Photo Gallery only. The Off-Topic forum still accepts whatever kind of photos you want to share.
