If Wash St loses GT goes to Charlotte. Boy, that is funny how the last game of the PAC 10 season dictates where GT's Bowl game is.
Here's the scenario: If Wash St wins, both them & So Cal are in BCS Bowls. That knocks Notre Dame outta the BCS lineup & into the Gator Bowl. That knocks West Virginia outta the Gator & into the Continental Tire Bowl. The Continental then takes Virginia to play W Va.
If Wash St loses, then they are out of the BCS Bowls & Notre Dame is in. W Va then goes to Gator & Va Tech is in Continental. Not wanting a Va-Va Tech rematch, the Continental takes Ga Tech to play Va Tech & Va goes to Seattle.
Va could finish tied for 2nd, beating the team they tied with, & still go to the Seattle Bowl, which has the 6th pick from the ACC. Truly an eerie yr for the ACC & GT.
Here's an article explaining the situation for VT, which explains GT's fate.
