I like this one much better, Oregon>Cal, Iowa>PennState, Houston>Oklstate
 
The good:

Miami gets rolled and drops 8 spots.
Ole Miss loses and drops 17 spots.
Cal gets rolled and drops 18 spots.

The bad:
Oregon at 16?
Where are South Carolina and South Florida, especially after their kneejerk reaction to put Washington in at #24 last week?

The weird:
How wild is it to see Boise in the Top 5, and Cincy, TCU, and Houston on the verge of the Top 10.

Buckle up, boys. This is gonna be a bumpy ride.
 
A top 5 team has gotten beat every week so far. I'm really hoping LSU is not that team next week :ugh:
 
I still don't like where they have Ohio State and USC!

Dude, Come on!! Houston probably wouldn't even compete.

Houston is pretty good, but Oklahoma State doesn't deserve to be ranked where they were or where they are. They're a mid level team...lucky to be as high as 15. No defense and an Offense that is Good but not great. They come to a crashing hault as soon as a GOOD D hops on the field with them. They're a classic big 12 team that's overinflated and come to reality when a true D shows up...ex: Oklahoma agains UF last year.

I'm not saying that OSU and USC are Awesome but they are leap years ahead of Ok State as far as a good team....

OSU, is a stretch. They're never great as advertised but IMO a Top 10 team every year. Can they compete with the SEC or maybe ACC great D's...absolutely Not....but they could compete with every other team in the country besides the Top 2 or 3 ACC and SEC teams without question
 
Well, I'll give them credit for sticking with game results. I see no valid reason for Boise not to be ranked #5, other than the "but they're Boise" argument.
 
We'll never get any respect in the AP poll. It seems like our only change to get back into the top 15 now is to beat VPI badly.

Considering our recent history of dropping silly games or getting monkey-stomped as soon as we get into the top 15 we probably don't deserve it.

Hopefully we fix that soon.
 
Damnnnnn you guys take post too serious. I was just playing saying Houston would beat them, however where was everybody when Boise beat Oklahoma down?
Or when Utah beat the Football Gods from Bama? Don't say it couldn't happen because it has, Houston can put up numbers, they almost beat Bama in Sabon's first year. Now, they might lose every game here out but don't say the little guy can't beat a big school.
Ohio State does nothing outside thier Big Ten loser conf. USC, doesn't look top ten so far this year.
Ok State is a joke, each week UGAy looks bad for losing to this team. Just wait, we got a long way to go, hell TCU might beat Houston, they sure stopped Clemson!

Saban lost to like SE Louisiana his first year as well. I know Houston has a very legitimate quartback in Keenan, and a pretty good offense. I don't think their defense is worth anything though. The Big Ten is a joke, but I think Ohio St. could beat them pretty handily, same with USC. Houston will lose to Miss St. I think, right after we beat them.
 
True, he lost to LA, Monroe... Who lost to Clemson 49-26 that year!
He lost like 5 games in a row I think.
 
Shula left the cupboard pretty damn bare for Saban. There was a reason those 5 IAR were at the end of the season.
