TECH FANS IN IRELAND

I am leaving Thursday morning and will be in Ireland Friday morning. Hope this is a start to a great year, GO JACKETS
 
I'm now officially on vacation. Flying home from Dallas today and on to Dublin tomorrow.
 
Warning for anyone going to/driving through Galway - we sat through about an hour of traffic this afternoon. Driver said it was due to early days of collegiate registrations.

Other than that, so far a fun trip with @Jephthah and @RamblinWreck27 and others. Can't believe only 5 days until football!

How long is that suppose to last? I am heading there next week.
 
No, we had a short layover in Atlanta. There were a lot of Tech fans on the flight from Atlanta.
 
öööö yea! Just trying to figure out where to tailgate before the game (pubs open late in Dublin) and where they might be showing CFB the rest of the day after we beat the shit out of BC...

Not sure. Probably just a "perfect storm" thing from being there in the afternoon. I would reckon it was a one-time thing but would also recommend avoiding driving through Galway in the late afternoon if you can.
