this "CPJ REVENGE OMG" circlejerk needs to die. How'd that work w/ Van Gorder?
Any more than I wanted to be Uncle Rico last week.I wouldn't want to be Cuntlip this week.
Anyone remember Ed Danforth? Anyone?Duke beat Tulane by 30.
GT beat Tulane by 55.
Therefore, GT should beat Duke by 25.

What? Nobody said anything about that. Saying we hope/think the team will come out angry and playing to prove themselves is not the same thing as what you're talking about, at all.
I mean in general. Same thing happened last year w/ Duke.
Eh, doesn't bother me much. I've always taken it as saying that given the opportunity, there are certain guys against whom Johnson will not let off the gas. Van Gorder would have been one of those, along with Cutcliffe last year. If we're up by 20 on Duke in the 4th quarter maybe we see a few more deep passes than we might otherwise expect but that's about it.

He always said comparing scores was folly and should not be trusted.
And I think that's a myth. We're kinda building this fan fiction around CPJ that's not really there. And then it makes it harder when we lose a game. Like I'm seriously thinking about going down to Hudson Grille tonight and asking him how it feels to be in 21st century.
If we're beating Duke by two touchdowns by the end of the game, he'll have the second string in. Unless he thinks the 1st string needs more practice. I doubt he'd be worried about petty öööö while getting paid that much money to be a professional.
With Duke's loss to NW, there should be 12 fans in attendance in Durham.

Duke did a öööö good job of shutting us down last year, especially the JT/option based version of us.
Does Cutcliffe have the Blueprint?
