the blueprint!

I like the comparison of college with pro football.

Unless you are in college or other professional football leagues, football is meant to be fun.
  1. If you are in Professional and College football, remember that competitive football is a game of men. It is not meant to be FUN. Playing a "good" football game and losing is absolute failure. Do anything it takes to help your team win. Winning never offsets the dejection of failure.
  2. In College and Professional football, the players are not there to socialize or to make friends. Winning and building relationships is acceptable and encouraged as long as the team is winning football games. Once failure has occurred, players need to get back to basics and do whatever it takes to win football games.

"Winning never offsets the dejection of failure."

Isn't that a common sense FAIL?

Notice that they emphasize a sound running game and using the pass to set up the run.

No, Les Miles figured out the blueprint and gives it to other schools before they play us for a small shipping fee.

If more coaches knew this, the average winning percentage might be about 60-65% instead of 50%!
