just saw that and I laughed! UGA is really having a year huh! Remember at the end of last year the UGA fans saying "it's going to be great in 08"! HAHA!

The University of Georgia appears to have lost its bid for a $450 million laboratory to research biological threats posed by animals.

Perhaps DHS wanted to study something more then sexually transmitted diseases that people can get from animals.
