Obviously this is the biggest game of the week (besides GT vs. FSU). I haven't heard much discussion on this game, but I wanted to open up a thread on it to see what you guys think.

LSU and Florida have not proven much to me this year. Neither of them are that impressive, yet you have a 1 vs. 4 match up going down between these two teams. And even if Tebow plays, he will be running on half a tank because he wasn't even able to practice much or fully prepare by watching film due to his concussion. From a non-SEC fan's perspective you HAVE to want Florida to win unless if you hate Florida. Why?

Because if LSU beats Florida, they will be the most overrated team that ESPN will be slobbering all over even though they barely beat UGA, hung on at the goal line to beat MSU, and beat Florida when the best player in college football was either not able to play or played with half a brain. Not to mention, more than half my friends are LSU fans and I will have to hear about it for the rest of the season.

I think LSU wins. Why? Because Tebow wasn't able to properly prepare for the game (even with a bye week .. . talk about luck for LSU). Not to mention, the game will be at Tiger Stadium, which is not a fun place to play. I would play in Doak Campbell twice if I didn't have to play in Tiger stadium once. Lastly, LSU is like VT in that they just know how to win, and it is rarely pretty.

The winner of this game has gone on to be in the National Championship the past 3 years.

LSU 23 - UF 10

Wont happen. No way LSU puts up 23. UF's defense is too good. UF would beat them with their scout team QB

I like that score, just the other way around.

UF doesn't seem to be as good as last year, but IMO they are still the best in the country. I do think they miss Harvin more than they thought they would.

LSU hasn't done sh*t, and we only have ourselves to thank for that #4 ranking they've got.

Yeah, imagine having to hear about that game every time you talk about CFB with some of your friends. Sooooo annoying. It's not like we play them every year like UGA, so I will have to hear about that loss until the next time we play them.

The ONLY team in college football that has proven anything to me is Alabama. They deserve to be #1 right now having beaten VT on a neutral field.

+1 They control their own destiny for a National Championship and they look WAY better than all the teams on their regular season schedule (From the east they play Tennessee, South Cockalina, and already beat Kentucky). They look better than anyone else from the SEC East too. I'd have to say that they have a better chance at a NC than anyone right now.

Yes, I can imagine. Everyday at work, I hear the same ol **** over and over.

My dawg co-workers have resorted to using this game to talk trash as well.

Although there hasn't been much hollering coming from that side of the hallway this year altogether...I wonder why?

I'm taking LSU. I learned my lesson of talking s*** about them and saying they have no chance against a certain offense/player/coach etc.

Gators love the taste of corn dogs.

I heard Urban Meyer woke up this morning and said, "I love the smell of corndogs in the morning!" Much like Kilgore in Apocalypse Now. Go Gators!

Florida absolutely dominates, humiliates, annihilates, castrates LSU. The only way any aspect of this game is close is if there's a Smug-Off between Miles and Meyer at half-time.

Les Miles will pull his typical trick play BS on special teams that he ran against Florida two years ago and against us in the CFA bowl.
