1.) When I can see that Tarrant (even said so in both my analysis of the last two games) plays way too soft coverage, that's a damn problem. It was a problem again tonight, and Wommack didn't do **** to fix this since day one. That pisses me off. I have said since last year that Rashad Reid has the best instincts for a CB I have seen at GT since Willie Clay and he's not starting. ****ing Dumb.

2.) Welcome to the world of Real Division one football Coach Johnson. 250 pound converted DE's and TE's don't make good Offensive Tackles at this level. Sellers was getting owned this entire game. We need guys who can move that can handle big Dlines. Sellers fails.

3.) Coord Howard rather get his picture taken by someone on the Hive than hit an opponent's skull through his helmet. Soft, slow, and owned.

4.) Jason Peters and Robert Hall.... disappointing is an understatement. Lets see some freshman.

5.) Play some young guys because some of these guys think they got a good thing and no competition. OLine specifically and DLine too.

6.) No excuse whatsoever for our team to not figure out how to pressure the QB. What did you prepare these guys for Wommmack?

7.) Undisciplined ball. Penalties kept us out of this game early and left us without a chance. Cone, you broke the cardinal rule of Receivers. When the CB beats you on a block. YOU ****ING NEVER HIT HIM IN THE BACK. You let him go. Way to go for ****ing up a perfectly good TD or at least a 1st down. I haven't played ball in 18 years and I can still remember that rule. Pathetic.

8.) Did I say our offensive line sucks ass? Because they do. Doesn;t matter that we have the best backfield in the country when our lineman couldn't start for any other ACC team. Fact.

9.) No fire from this team in its first three games. Pathetic. No excuse. PJ, time to look in the mirror.

10.) Nesbitt is still making poor reads. Really can't understand why. Unfortunately, we have no other options at QB.

11.) Our Linebackers are not aggressive and now I understand why. We have tried to adopt the Wolf position because our LB's are so used to blitzing pre PJ they have no clue about pass coverage.

12.) Kudos to Miami's game plan. Their OC is very very good.

13.) To Paul Johnson. The rest of the ACC is catching on to your ****. You better figure it out fast and adjust because we're losing more games at this pace.

14.) The good news is Dwyer will be here next year.

what's dissapointing is i thought the offense was supposed to be light years ahead of last year having had a year's experience under the belt....but, they look worse through the first three games.

and the defense...it's just bad...under jon tenuta we were always respectable on D....this is bad....dave wommack is overmatched....what exactly was so wonderful on his resume anyway? why do you hire a d-coordinator to come to tech who wasn't even currently a d-coordinator where he was at?

I think the o has regressed, because the o-line is conceivably worse this year. I'm not really certain how that is possible, but it appears to be the case.

I think Josh is having a hard time with reads, because he doesn't know if the opposing line will even be blocked at any point in time.

I have another concern in that our DB's just never seemed to know where they should be tonight and without any kind of pressure eventually Harris would find a soft spot in our screwed up coverage.

This is an example of how to make a post regardig frustations with the team without sounding like a complete and utter moron.

Agree with most of that except #7. The block in the back is what freed the runner, and I don't think the other penalties had much impact on the game as a whole. I agree with your opinions on the O-Line and the O in general, particularly #2 and #13.

Cannot see how in the hell our o-line is worse after being in the system for a year???

That's gotta get fixed fast.

I agree about switching up some starting positions. Can't see how some of the younger guys would play worse.

What I don't understand is everyone on here keeps bitching about the offense and the production before tonight.

NO ONE HAS SAID **** ABOUT THE DEFENSE!

Tonight set us back a full year.

The defense is worse.
The offense is the blocking, not the system, but there's really nothing we can do about that.
You're completely right on everything though.
bed time.

Wommack better be fixing up his resume and talking to his "feelers". Should'a kept Tah-Noo-Tah.

cause evryone has been caught up in the magic of teh 3-O

Shannon let off in the 2nd half...this could've been much worse. Where were the Morgans? out with the flu?

This team was absolutely gassed. They played 3 game sin 12 days and now they have 10 days to rest. Let's withhold judgment until they play on a full tank.

That was the fastest team I've seen in a long time out there tonight. Their O had a definite identity, and their D was out for redemption.

I am usually very positive... but even I agree with just about everything you said. O-Line is awful... D-Line is awful - Morgan... Reid needs to be starting

I don't know that it is always Nesbitt's reads. It looks like he reads the DE correctly but when he gives to the BB the O-Line has already turned around to watch the DTs make the tackle. The O-Line sucks...bad

Robert Hall does not have a clue. There were times that I saw him hand fighting with O-Lineman but he wasn't moving his feet at all. I am not sure what he was doing.

I didn't think Wommack was a very good DC last year... Now I am convinced.

Lucas Cox needs to play more. He is the only person on the field who can block.

For the second straight game, I felt PJ was calling plays out of a hat.

Well, the D hasn't really shone this year either. We are getting ZERO pass rush. Zero. I don't like this wolf thing. However, when they are put out there time after time with only 3 plays rest, you cannot lay the full weight on them.

Bottom line: You cannot run any O without blocking, and those guys just aren't getting it done. Give the D 5-8 minutes rest between being on the field, and you will see improvement.
