These last 2 years are the only time Wake has been worth a crap since what, 2006(?) , a program that plays decent FB 4 times every 15 years is not the example you should be using.

I prefer to look towards ND and Michigan as FB Programs that we should use an as example to emulate, not crappy ass Wake!

Just stop, dude. Wake went 7-1 in ACC play this season, soundly beating multiple teams that we lost to. Sure, they were a paper tiger when they were 8-0 or whatever, but the fact is they still won 10 games and will be playing for the conference title next week, while we are still looking at single digit wins over 3 entire seasons.

Agreed. When we are winning 10 a year and need a stronger schedule, great. Wake went 7-1 in the ACC and 3-1 out of conference with a loss to UNC. Good for them playing ODU, Norfolk State and Army.

A trip to UCF and Georgia and a home game against Ole Miss - we will be lucky to go 2-2 non-conference next year.

Of course we should aspire to be better than Wake is now. They're merely one example of a program that was able to rebuild with the right coach.

There's no shortage of programs that we're currently looking up to. You can count on one hand the number of P5 programs with fewer wins than us from 2019-2021:

Arizona
Kansas
Vandy

That's it. That's the list.

Dude, you continue to embarrass yourself. "Last two years?" Wake was actually pretty lousy last year.

But before that that they went 7, 8, 7, 8.

We play THREE games OOC, not counting ND which Tech and Wake and everyone else gets every 3+/- years. And we won one of those. OOC doesn't explain 4 and 5 game win differentials.

CGC can't even do as well as Wake. Clawson got 7 wins his 3rd year. Your boss is still stuck on 3. With supposedly better Croots.

You better start doing a better job defending your boss here, or I'm going to write CGC and argue that he should replace you.
