Bad game, we looked bad in all aspects, everything that could go wrong did. The D played horrible. For one minute to see a post questioning Josh or any of the other players heart is just sad. These young men feel worse then any bozo on the internet, they are the one's working their tails off to do well. It just wasn't our night, it happens. Miami played a hell of a game.

So while some of you go jumping off bridges these young men will get back to work and try to make things right, I wouldn't bet against this group of guys.

The tools come out after losses, its ridiculous with all the end of the world post. Get a life.

quote this **** forever

Thank you dems.

I think that we'll play well against UNC, cause CPJ will have them playing better.

Dems, there is some truth in those posts though--our o-line is putrid. Playing converted TE's at Tackle ain't gonna cut it.

Wommack needs some heat turned up. His D has been consistently shredded since November.

That's great. Tell them they need to show it on the field, because I as well as a helluva lot of other fans haven't seen a full 4 qtr effort since UGA. We got issues.

we have given up alot of points on defense against every DIV 1 opponent we have played since UGA...

We havent been "nite and day better" at runnign the option this year...

I havent seen heart questioned but i havent read every post. I have seen people who *APPEARED* to be tired early in the game

Dems, you're a 100% correct, but tonight some stuff just got extremely magnified. I can't figure out for the life of me why our team was so worn out? Do we have a strength and conditioning coach?

Agree i think its the beer in most of the talk but still our D looked atrocious tonight. Im hoping Miami is just that good.

I agree with some of that but just sitting here scanning over some of these post its ridiculous how some guys who never post come out after losses. We need to get better at all aspects, but I know these young men aren't gonna settle for a repeat of this and neither will Paul.

Eric honestly does a great job, but yes everyone could see that we were winded and it shouldn't be happening in the first half.

With all due respect Dem, the fans put their heart and soul into this team too. We put way too much time picking up every bit of info we can on each team.

I won't speak for the rest of us, but I'll speak for me: I've given our coaching staff a pass on the last 3 games and I'll call it like I see it. We played like crap tonight. Our coaches didn't have our team ready to execute. We sucked and are not meeting expectations. If I hear PJ say anything less, I'll be greatly surprised.

And for the record, I won't bet against us next week either. You won't find me betting against GT. But just like PJ yelled at his player tonight, asking him "are you stupid?" - I'll yell the same thing at him. Our defensive game plan was worse than stupid. The only thing that gives me hope for this season is that he'll agree with that.

for the record, i think pJ is a great coach and I think our guys play hard for the most part... HEck he beat UGA, thats always a winner in my book....

I'm putrid 24/7 so I get a hallpass.

DEM- respectfully, i disagree on Schiano, your either in shape or your not.

its ridiculous how some guys who never post come out after losses.
Dems - you can't read posts from people who only show up after a loss just to vent and label the whole board sad. That's not fair to the many posters here who actually try to represent our program with dignity.

Its impossible to filter out the cowardly cheap shots after tough losses. Those of us who have been around for a while accept that there's no way to stop it and have just learned to ignore them.

I've had 520 posts, and about 15 of them have been negative. 10 about Paul Hewitt, 1 about our DC at the end of last year, and 4 tonight.

I'm going to stop posting tonight and try and cool off.

Dems - fans after a loss are going to vent frustration. The board is a good place for that. You are right, the players play the game and they will go to work to get ready for UNC. Fans don't play the game, they just watch. They don't practice. So, they vent. Most of these folks are loyal tech fans who will come around in a few hours. Right now, they are just frustrated.

I wouldn't bet against our players either. I am amazed by how these kids can go through this process as football players.

However, I think I would start betting against some of our coaches and staff that get paid to prepare the players for the field.
