no doubt the O'brien situation was handled poorly, because of what is happenning now.

We need to make a move SOONER rather then later. I believe this is having a negative effect on recruiting.

Not to mention the effect it is having on my productivity at work.

I agree completely... I hope Braine is not sleeping much, and is spending 110% of is time completely focused on this... which I am sure he is...
