This is pathetic.

What makes a Collins coached team so frustrating is that we looked like the better team on the field and should have won. But the Clown can’t coach, so we lose yards to penalties, screw up punts, miss FGs, go for it on 4th down when it wasn’t necessary, and end the game 0-5 in the red zone.
I' ve come to doubt his intelligence generally. He seems to have the mind of a child. And he's playing coach cuz Daddy was a coach.

There’s 4 components to leadership:
- Sensemaking: understanding the world around you
- Visioning: developing an inspiring vision of the future
- Inventing: finding ways to execute that vision
- Relating: building relationships that inspire followers

CGC is good at Visioning. He strategy of leveraging Atlanta to attract talent is solid. He made me go to Waffle House for the first time.

His struggle is Inventing - he doesn’t know how to make his vision come true. He also seems to struggle with sensemaking and understanding the world around him.

Having struggles is expected - no one excels at all four. What you do when you struggle in an area is recognize it then find someone else who can fill that gap. CGC doesn’t seems to do either of those things.

I’m sitting at the FSU game for parents weekend and these guys are going to knock us back to the Stone Age. Their speed compared to us is night and day
I have a buddy inside the FSU program who was going to get me a sideline pass for our game with them on Oct 29. I decided to cancel the trip. I love our guys but I have no desire to see our guys steam rolled because our coaching staff does not know how to prepare them for battle.

I want em all gone. Clown, Thack, Long, Key, Weinke, et al.

When you remove a tumor, you remove ALL of it. These coaches are all losers and their stench needs to be eradicated.

An interesting seminar on leadership. The problem with the presentation is that if you don’t have number 3 Inventing, the other attributes are useless. You become an armchair expert.

Armchair experts can be successful with someone who can execute by their side. Sheryl Sandberg is a good example.

Ultimately, you have to hold the athletic Director and the people above Collins responsible. I am surprised at the indifference to the Georgia Tech brand.
