Thur 8/29 games

The Collins defense has a serious problem with option type plays, especially when they attack the same zone. It’s why we had so much success against msu between the tackles and why the ksu qb and citadel were able to gash us basically between them guards.

I suspect a lot of that from CBF when we play unc.
Key should let CPJ coach offense for the third quarter of the UNC game. He could put a few 3-O plays in using Pyron. Don't let them know until we trot CPJ out after half

Tarholes always have an easy schedule. They get every possible favor in ACC scheduling too.

Damn.....you and me thinking alike. No wonder UNC is a darling. ööööing cupcakes....including Minnesota and their 125th ranked offense.
I wouldn’t WANT that many easy wins. Freaking boring pointless matchups.

That is quite possibly the softest opening schedule I’ve seen in years…maybe ever.

After last night’s dominating performances by UNC and NC State and given the cupcake schedules they were given by the ACC both schools will win at least nine games unless they under perform. Minnesota would be considered the Tarheels fourth hardest game, which is now a W. Their three hardest games are us, the FSU team we just beat, and the NCSU powerhouse that dominated Western Carolina. The only four decent opponents for the Wolfpack are UNC, us, Clemson and Tennessee.

In other news, Utah shoed that it's back, winning 49-0, because . . . Cam Rising is back after more than 600 days, with 5 TD passes in the first half before they brought in the subs. Brant Kuithe is also back after more than 700 days, with three TD receptions, the last one literally carrying four defenders across the goal line. Most folks don't know or remember that Kuithe was Utah's stud starting TE before getting injured early in 2022 and being replaced by his backup Dalton Kincaid, who was so good that he was a first round pick by Buffalo in the 2023 draft and caught 71 passes his rookie NFL season. And Kuithe was MUCH better than Kincaid before he was badly injured. If he is back even close to where he was . . . watch out, because Utah will almost certainly have the best defense in the defense-deprived Big 12.

I’d love to see Cam Rising win the Heisman, fck that ass-ugly dwag bastard Carson Beck

Don't like the Tarholes, and even less since they hired coach clown, but you still have to feel miserable for their QB Max Johnson. What a gruesome injury Thursday night in Minnesota. Hope he is able to fully recover someday.
