Very Long......I know this may not be the most popular post at this time, but I am simply speaking my heart.
Many weeks ago I wrote to the Administrators and asked them to seriously consider banning beeware.
After their return letter I was content with their decision not to do so and accepted their reasoning.
Shortly thereafter, I began to notice a certain restraint from beeware and then there was a suspension. I have to admit that I felt badly for him even though he could truly get irritating at times. The most difficulty I had with him was his propensity to insult and demean those who disagreed with them by using most disturbing language. That seemed to disappear following his return and even though he would from time to time make disagreeable statements the name calling seemed (to me) to subside.
Well forgive me for taking so long to get to my major point but I just would personally hate to see beware banned. I cringe at some of the insulting names that he is being called lately, and some of the hatred he seemed to spue is being used by some of us toward him. I am very partial to this board and appreciate each of you and count you as friends and Tech brothers/sisters. Man what a game last night!!! Let's not spoil it by forming a lynch mob. It is bad enough to act badly in a loss, it is worse to do so after a win.

buzzin et al.....clearly we are all Tech fans (except BW of course) therefore I will not respond in a defensive tone after your derisive comment regarding my mental state. I will say that you are missing the point reagarding my disdain for BW. We should all be in the business of PROMOTING Tech football, not wishing and planning its demise. We have a proud tradition at Tech and its one we should all do our part in perpetuating. Spewing venom under the auspices of free speech and then demonstrating the complete lack of personal integrity to admit when he (BW) is wrong makes most of sick. BW is sick, twisted (perhaps abused as child but not our problem in any case) human being who must live the life of a hermit, thriving on negativity. We should not allow BW to use this forum as a vehicle for his anit-Tech platform when we are trying to sell this program to young men. It is utterly rediculous this point is even contested. I know where my loyalty is and I know where I want this program to go. Getting rid of BW will go a long way in more accurately conveying the relative health of the Tech program to the curious board lurker when they log on to Stingtalk. This is a democracy and majority rules. I request the administrators of this board to post a vote button of denying Beeware his posting privilege. If more people want him to stay than to go I will be a man about it and drop the issue. If he is voted out, he should be a man about it and go to the UGAg site.
Beeware drives me crazy sometimes but I think a far worse punishment for people like him is the ridicule he opens himself up to instead of banning him. Besides, every village needs an idiot. (to be PC, not calling bw and idiot, just a figure of speech, one's comments can be idiotic w/o labeling you and idiot)
I think you can question BeWare's judgement but not his loyalty to Tech. Often Beware comes up with a very insightful post. I understand that the repetitiveness of his criticisms of Braine and
Gailey has worn on many fonts but I am convinced he loves Tech. After all, he is just expressing
his opinion. My feelings are that it is not what he says but the way he expresses himself.
