The Scoop: Rumors are rife that Maryland OC Charlie Taaffe and one other coordinator, as yet undetermined, are receiving consideration from the tight-lipped Georgia Tech AD David Braine. Any recommendation by Braine goes to a five- or six-person committee at Tech, Braine does not make a coaching selection strictly on his own authority.From other sources we hear Terry Bowden will be next Head Coach at Georgia Tech soon.

Swagger.. I appreciate the time you put into the update links... I think its great.... I hope we not only do well in the bowl game.. I would like to see us play a game like we did against NC... I would like to see us play 4 solid quarters... and win with authority... hopefully it would help with recruiting...

as far as giving Bowden an interview... I absolutely agree... I think we should give him an interview... and I am not so sure that he may not be our best bet on the table right now... I think if Bowden took the job, it may make it easier for us to keep some of the other coaches... which I think we have to do... I believe in BOB and TR... and dont want to see Kelley or Mac go anywhere... as time goes on ... I am wondering if we shouldnt give Mac a shot as well... we'll see.. I think something will happen this week... it needs to be wrapped up by Christmas...
