We were up 21-0 and ended up losing. CPJ's disastrously-bad, predictable playcalling was far more of a factor than some zebra's bad call.

Maybe it's more than one thing.

The loss of Gotsis cost us on defense (both physically and probably emotionally) and made it harder to stop UNC.

Johnson's playcalling fell into a predictable trap at the end of the first half. I even said "just don't throw deep three times and punt," but that's basically what we ended up doing. That's on Johnson, although IIRC, with a better pass or a better receiver on first down, we'd have been looking at putting points on the board, so it's hard to fault the thinking.

I guess you can put the 4th and goal failure on Johnson's playcalling, too (I was begging for a rocket toss there), but on the other hand, do you really deserve to win if you can't get 1 yard?

I count playcalling, execution, penalties, and a bit of bad luck as contributing factors to this loss.
