Tom Herman

I heard some not so good things about Herman, from Texas fans. They didn't like him. They said he brought a bad mojo into the locker room. Whether it's accurate or not?? However; these people had nothing to lose/gain, by saying so.

One that stuck out was UT coaches are given an honorary membership to Austin Country Club and his was revoked within 9 months because of his repeated behavior.
 
Let's not trade one asshole for another. Besides, if we have no qualms about dirty coaches, Hugh Freeze would fit the bill. The main thing is let's not go down this "Tech Man" litmus test again. I'm tired of that junk so hire the best coach available, and please, no more 7 year contracts and other BS.
 
Tom Herman is not the man. He’s a wanna be Lane Kiffin with less maturity, if you can imagine that. He would be a disaster at GT…perhaps worse than CGC. We need an adult in the room for the next hire.

The 7 year contract was completely unnecessary. Collins had no one else pursuing him. A 4 year contract with performance base triggers for extending the contract would have been appropriate.
