And the further us old folks get away from the good old days, the better they were, and the better we used to be. Truth is, most of my spring breaks as a late teen/early 20 something pretty much sucked compared to what I consider a good time nowdays.

Being broke, vomiting every morning from being so hungover, discovering as you sober up that the fine chick you bagged may be a little on the "hefty" bag size, and just generally being stupid doesn't seem like it could have been so much fun to me. Looking back, it really kind of sucked.

Hell, mine sucked compared to what I considered a good time even back then. I spent mine working 18 hour days painting the dorms and restrooms in areas 1 & 2 to earn enough spending money for the next quarter.

He obviously committed suicide. If I had to choose between playing for Notre Dame or Ohio State, I would have done the same.

I went on one spring break as a senior at Tech. I did not drink. I was engaged to be married. Went to Daytona Beatch. Saw more druggies trying to sell me a hit than hotties. Paid way too much (cash back then, no CCs) to get a ****ty hotel room and then they hired some of the finest locals for security who harrassed you if you went in the hall. Lost a tire weight on the way home and just drove 50 mph for 200 miles instead of changing the tire. Aww, fun memories.

Went to PCB last year of Tech, but after graduating I did Colorado and South Padre. Huge upgrade from the redneck riviera.

not right next to me. I was in the building across the street. that, and some dude came into the restaurant we were eating at in only his boxers and started throwing chairs and tables around...

sh**'s too intense down there. I'll just go to Tybee.
