B) saw that Temple was leading whatever who-gives-a-crap division last night during that game

Maybe I'm a sick individual, but I would love to see Maryland go 4-4 and win the Atlantic, thereby playing for an Orange Bowl bid with a 5-7 overall record (against an 11-1 Tech team of course).

...and once the ACC Championship Game kicks off, Tech proceeds to beat the ever-living crap out of the Terps... Their running backs (they will have gone through several) crawl to the sidelines after hits, only to have Derrick Morgan drag them by their ankles onto the field to do it again... The ground-shaking rumble that is Jonathan Dwyer's running causes several defenders to defecate themselves before ever being hit, and Bey-Bey Thomas plants his cleats in defenders' backs to use them as a step-ladder to catch every pass...
