If Randy Shannon doesn't do that well this season (pretty likely considering the Canes could go 0-4 to start the season) do you think they would hire Tuberville?

Maybe they'll hire Nix. I think he'd be a great fit. Honestly, I could see Tuberville taking a break from coaching, or retiring, after how he was treated at Auburn.

Hope not. Tuberville could do a lot w/all of Miami's talent. If Shannon is blown out, hopefully they'll continue to make bad hires.

I heard a report that Tubs will be looking to get back in the game after this season. I think I heard it on 680 a few weeks back. I could be wrong.

I expect Tuberville in Clemson after Dabo's third season.

I think Randy Shannon will be Miami's Head Coach next season. I think UM will start 1-3 and end with 7 or 8 wins. Sometime this year (I'm guessing late October) that team will jell and they will be a handful in November.

I concur and I hope we're right (that they struggle early).

Better hope TT stays out of Miami. He is a quality coach and would produce some big time teams IMHO.

Tubberville? Yeah right

Two names, a first and a last.

Write it down.

Why would they hire him the 2nd go around, when the screwed it up the first time? Tubs was available the end of last season, and from what I understand, Clemson didn't even inquire.
