the hive is a complete joke, we already knew that...but not only do they lock every other thread; but now if you are an insiders member you have a nice little stupid avatar below your name stating such.

What a bunch of beaurocrats. I think they did that so they don't slam and ban paid members accidentally, thereby hurting their subscriptions

LOL...the avatars are viewable on the free site...that is where I saw it!!!! I am not a member of the Insiders..I am a member of the hive...try again!

Beej, you haven't lived until you have been booted off "THE HIVE" more than 5 times under the same handle. I have 6 official "boots" from the Hive. Chilidogking has 5. The last one is always sweeter than the 1st.

I've only got 4 posts there and RR already edited one of them. I think it's because I mentioned Stingtalk - don't they have some sort of new rule over there to pretend the other boards don't exist?

I have no dog in this fight (Michael vick probably does though) but this seems like the most useless quibble I've read on this board. It reminds me of living my freshman year in Folk when two nerds argued about the relative merits of how to win at warcraft...that conversation single-handidly make me go Greek. I just want the info and I pass it along to everyone of my buddies from school who can't get on to stingtalk at work. Is someone going to flame me for keeping people excited about our program who don't have access?

What I don't get is that the badge is a Scout.com thing and NOT a Hive thing.

However, a lot of posters are acting like the Hive people made up the badge and therefore are elitest, EVEN AFTER BEING TOLD THE TRUTH. It's simply not true, and is easily verified by going on the boards of other college teams on Scout.com.

Anyway, some may wish to verify before unleashing their venom on fellow GT fans who are good people just like them.

One other thing. The majority of insiders over there recognize that 33 has his own source and feel it is perfectly appropriate for him to post what he knows wherever he likes. Further, many (myself included) like his font and respect his passion/commitment to GT Football and his knowledge of the game.

Now, with any group of people there will be a few that get their panties in a wad about stupid ****. Then there are those who get their panties in a wad about the people who get their panites in a wad about stupid ****, which is equally absurd.

I frequent both Hive boards, Stingtalk, and BBuzzoff, and rarely post on any of the boards. I don't consider myself a citizen of any board, or have allegiance to any board. I just want info on GT football because that's what I care about.

IMO, all the board rivalries and crap like that are the province of teenage girls. Who gives a ****? I opened this thread b/c I wanted recruiting info, not a freakin' sorority party.
