Probably an overall neutral impact. Depends on how you look at it obviously.

Negative: If you don't tailgate and spend your pregame on the east side of the connector then it may be a little more crowded at Marta, restaurants,bars and hotels. ITPers like myself who uber/lyft to games might have a rate increase.

Positive: Some people might want to do something before the better bands play on Saturday evening\night. They should buy a ticket to the game. CGC will probably find some way to market this?
