UCLA declines Chick-fil-a Kickoff gm vs GT

In a decade where they won two national championships and umpteen BCS games.

and have the hottest chicks this side of the pacific jumping around half-naked in the sunshine...

Not so sure I would call Virginia a bottom feeder, at least when the game was scheduled. Not sure when the game was scheduled, but in 2007, they were 2nd in the coastal, 2006 3rd in coastal, 2005 5th (bad), and in 2004, they were 4th in the conference.

Eh....from USC's standpoint it'd be the same as an FCS school to us. That 2007 season was probably their best under their current head coach. Then there's the fact that they haven't beaten their in-state rival in about as long as we had I think (a much simpler task than ours). Also, they don't really have any real football history to speak of. I believe their best season ever was the one where they lost to us as #1 and sent us to a National Championship. :D

It was probably scheduled in the mid-90s when John Robinson was having his 6-5 years, and would not have looked like a 1-AA match-up. Welsh was at UVA then, alternating 9 win and 7 win seasons.

Point taken. Keep forgetting how damned far in advance these games are made.....

I guess the question is did they act like they hadn't beaten a sorry team after the fact...
