"This is the seventh known arrest of a Georgia football player since March 20, and the eighth since Smart took over. Three players (Ledbetter, Chad Clay and Chauncey Rivers) accounting for six of the arrestes. Clay and Rivers have since been dismissed."

First Half suspension against Nicholls St incoming

Impressive! I am sure the comments form the inbreds on the AJC will alibi it once again as "boys will be boys" and "it's college man give the kids a break" or the most recent "they are targeting football players at UGA more than at other universities". Geez it never seems to let up at THUGA U!

This is what happens when you recruit thugs into a program with no discipline. It's why they can't win big games, and why mothers shouldn't let their kids go to uGA for football.

Sadly, that is saying the GT game is not a big game. So Effin sad.

If a man as decent as Mark Richt couldn't keep the puppies in the pound and out of trouble, a true Dawg like Kirby Smart will fail miserably. With eight arrests since March, the Smart regime will see Fulmer Cup points of apocalyptic proportions.

Richt looks to be the glue that kept that place from falling apart it would seem. I doubt being a head coach and going off on your players and having a fit helps in the garnering respect department.

If you don't think the Tech game is a big game for them, let them lose one. That's part of why Richt is now in Miami, the 2014 defeat and the near defeat in 2015 to a Tech team that was only half way trying.

Go Jackets!

Second alcohol-related arrest in the same offseason? This one behind the wheel? I hope they keep him on - looks to be a gift that will keep on giving.

Look, let's be honest. He didn't mean any harm. He was just extremely careless and should not be punished. But anyone who does something similar in the future will be punished to the full extent of the law.
