I wonder if this kid is so far gone (an alcoholic) that somebody higher up, way up, said "you guys brought him here, you are going to get him sober & straight, he is going to stay on ship and count against the total, and only play when counselors say he can"?

Smart ain't so Smart. Anyone who is familiar with UGA knows you have to discipline hard or you lose your team to drugs and booze in some hole downtown. If he thinks the team is undisciplined now just give it two more seasons of "internal punishment."
