I’m still not entirely sure what to think about DJ. He came in as a true freshman a couple years ago and threw for almost 800 yards and 6 TDs in 2 games and people actually talked about him being better than Trevor Lawrence. 2 years later, Clemson’s offense looks like GT’s offense under GC3, and DJ is 100% in his own head.

I’m curious what he would look like with a fresh start in an environment with less pressure and expectations. I don’t want him at GT, but I wouldn’t be shocked to see him go somewhere and do well.

Have you watched him play? Dude is a stiff. He is a one read, hang on to the ball forever, QB. He just cant read a defense.
