Deion’s son will be their QBHe's probably headed to Colorado.
For sure, but will he have anyone else after telling the team to hit the portal in his press conference. I know he will sign some good players, but damn.Deion’s son will be their QB
I didn't see this. Link to presser? I'd like to enjoy. For sure, but will he have anyone else after telling the team to hit the portal in his press conference. I know he will sign some good players, but damn.
What did he say?Dabo was pretty on spot with his comments however.
Just another example of how wrong the recruitniks can be. I suppose he may have dominated in HS just on physicality alone. I haven't checked those stats. QB's especially, but also OL, and even WR really have to be able to pick up the playbook to perform in a complex offense at the college level. It takes far more than physicality.
Maybe Clemson hasn't had a better replacement until Klubnik came along. My point on recruitniks is that nobody knows how a player will pan out in the end. There are way to make factors that influence the outcome to boil it down to a number, especially not with the granularity of 4 decimal places. Yet we want to hire and fire due to whether or not a group of players are "rated" cumulative .86xx or a .88xx.I don't think the recruitniks were terribly wrong, DJ just never progressed and couldn't make the transition to P5 football. Not unlike Sims who has the tools but can't seem to make the transition. In both cases the head coach stuck with them for too long for only God knows why.

The irony here is he is quite a mobile QB. He could probably be an NFL TE or DE if he switched positions. At QB though, dude is stuck in quicksand and cant feel the rush at all.His QB mechanics are poor. Doesn’t move his feet at all. Like he has cement blocks for shoes. Maybe a good coach could iron him out. Certainly has a physical skill set
Something like “some of you are salvageable but some of you won’t have seats when I get back”. I had to re-listen to it a few times like “wait, what?”What did he say?
Sorry for the typo above (wish we could edit longer than 5 minutes). Should have been "There are way too many factors..."Gotcha. We've some dumbasses on here the past 3 years touting how much better our recruiting has been based on those decimal places. "They have measurables", unfortunately no one measures heart or IQ.
better than Jeff Simshe sucks...

Presuppositions make all the difference. On the Sanders presser, those that wanted him here are gonna say, see that's exactly why I wanted him, and those that didn't will say, see that's exactly why I didn't want him. Tribal.....reminds me of our electorate.
So true, unfortunately.Presuppositions make all the difference.
