I’m not sure how there was no penalty on that last spike. Somebody either false started or was offside. I guess the refs wanted to let them end the half with a play and not a runoff.

Pitt seems to stall in the second half. They stalled against us too after scoring 42 in the first half. Their quarterback can still make something happen here though.

Ball was never made "ready" for play by the refs. Center snapped it before he had put it in play. Right call, stop the clock, set the ball, start clock on referee's whistle.
