UNC Tread (mod edit: THRILLER BREWIN')

Re: UNC Tread

Wow, Russell Wilson is very impressive. He's a redshirt freshman?! That's pretty crazy. If NCSU can get some consistent receivers, they are going to be scary good.

North Kakalaki gettin THUMPED!!!!!!!!!!

I need more COWBELL!!!!!!!!!!

I did not expect today's result at all. I'll be the first to admit I thought the fork was in our chances. Wow.

If I'm not mistaken, I think if VT doesn't lose then Miami would go right? I'm seeing my Miami friends rooting for NCST and Clemson too...

The NCSU score doesn't suprise me at all. These guys can play D. Russell Wilson can really play.

31-10, freakin told ya so. What did I say, look at how NC State played last weekend and add to that a rivalry. HUZZAH!! :D

If these scores hold up, we only need VT to lose one more. VT wins both they're in, if not we're in. It will (hopefully) be as simple as that.

If UNC and UVa lose, but VT and Miami win out, what happens? That will leave a 3 way tie where we beat Miami, Miami beat VT and VT beat us. Then do they look at wins and losses within the division only, which would eliminate us(2-3), Miami(3-2) and send VT(4-1)? Is Miami eliminated, pending the UNC and UVa results, with us sitting where we are at 5-3 with a win over them?

It doesn't matter about Miami...if VT wins out we don't go to Tampa...we need VT to lose 1 more (and UVA to lose today 10-3 with 10 minutes left)

Assuming UVA and UNC lose and VT and Miami win out, who goes to the ACCCG? Us, Miami, and VT will all be 5-3, but we beat Miami, Miami beat VT, and VT beat us. Is this scenario right, and if so, what's the second tiebreaker?

Because two of their losses were out of division, VT gets the nod in a GT-VT-Miami tie where each team is 1-1 head-to-head. And obviously they win in a GT-VT tie. Miami is out if these scores hold up.

I think you would look at record against the Coastal division which would knock us out

It's like deja vu all over again...
