uni's for the bowl

if we match up against LSU(another white jersey only team) that mean bring out the Blue uni's

Anyway, I think it depends on who is the designated home team. LSU does have purple jerseys, but like us they mostly wear the whites. If we're the home team and decide we want to finish the season in white, that's our perogative.

LSU wore the purple when we played them in 2000. And didn't AUburn wear blue unis against Clemson last year? Does that mean the ACC team is the home team this year?
 
I think its by ranking too. I guess theres no worry there as LSU has no ranking.

BLASHPHEMY!!! We won a National Championship wearing Blue Unis.
 
I'll have to agree with GTg8r. What color jerseys did we wear during the 1994 disaster 1-10 season?

Up with the WHITE and GOLD!
 
Personally, I hate the trend to gimmick uniforms. I hate the black Maryland, the black UGA, the purple Clemson, the green ND, etc.

It seems every team wants to change it up and make a fashion statement.
 
i think its less about a fashion statement and more about rewarding the players (they always seem to want to mix things up) and rallying the fans (younger fans such as myself get excited about things like this...its just our nature) i think its more about changing things up and being different and exciting than it is about fashion...

saying that...i would love to see a new jersey, but i wouldnt mind seeing the whites either. i say it should be up to the players, especially the seniors.

I know this is a joke, but a navy out is an absolutely fantastic idea for a November night game. Everyone has the gear, and everyone would do it.
 
Aren't we supposed to have the new yellow jerseys? Seeing how I see them all the time at the book store at Tech. That would be an idea.
 
For the first time ever, it really wouldn't matter to me if we just came out in white jerseys. I'd love to see the blue or gold, but I just desperately want to see us on such a big stage with a chance to beat the defending national champions and another SEC team.
 
A very reliable source told me that colored jerseys are likely for the bowl game.
